In order to be compliant with Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations, we cannot purchase or provide alcohol for events. However, you can purchase the alcohol, and our certified staff will be happy to serve it.

We also help with the planning process. We’ll assist in building a detailed shopping list and provide recommended spirits.

Weddings, Rehearsals, Showers, Boutique/Happy Hour Mixers, Open Houses, Birthdays, Reunions, Company Parties, Graduations, Grand Openings, Holiday Gatherings & more.
PLANNING
Once the website inquiry is submitted, we will check our availability and respond within 48 hours. You will need to verify with your venue regarding their policy for outside vendors, as well as, measurements for trailer placement. You will also need to find out if there will be access to electricity or if a generator will be needed.
BOOKING
When you are ready to book with us, you will select the package and any add on services you wish to include. Then you will receive a contract to sign along with your invoice. You will then submit a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder 50% will be due 14 days prior to your event. By signing the agreement and submitting the deposit, your event date will be locked in and secure.
CONSULTATION
Leading up to your event date, we will begin finalizing details. If you have any signature cocktails, we will begin to gather your preferences. At this time, we will give recommendations or suggestions as needed. You can purchase the alcohol wherever you choose.
EVENT
We will arrive approximately two hours before your event. We will set up the trailer, stock the supplies & alcohol, chill the product, and assemble any games or furniture.
LAST CALL
Once the event is finished, we will pack up the remaining alcohol and place in a designated area for you. We hope to leave you with a little less stress and some amazing memories.
